Schedule From AM 07:00 to 07:40 (Time Spain/Madrid)
- Monday we focus on front-split:
The front split stretches your hamstrings and hip flexors while engaging
your glutes, quads, and core. Keep pushing—you’re building strength and flexibility!
- Wednesday we work on the middle split:
The middle split targets your inner thighs, hamstrings, and hips.
Stay consistent—you’re unlocking strength and flexibility! - Friday Work on the Bridge:
The bridge works your glutes, lower back, core, and shoulders.
Keep at it—you’re building full-body strength and flexibility!

Horario:
Lunes, Miércoles y Viernes por la mañana de 07:00 a 07:40 (hora de España/Madrid).
- 40 minutos de estiramiento, y un poco de meditación.
Lunes nos enfocamos en la división frontal.
Miércoles hacemos la división intermedia.
Viernes trabajamos en nuestra parte superior e inferior de la espalda.
