Now it's time to let it flow

"Stop stepping
Start dancing"

  • A lot of beginners focus on their steps and try to memorize combinations. But it's also your technique that sets you apart.
  • When you have the confidence to do a good dance by listening to the music and connecting with yourself it's so much fun and it gets so much easier.  That's why I designed this course for you.
It will improve your technique immensely, grow your confidence, and make you shine on every dance floor & stage.

Mindset

You need to talk good to yourself. Of course, you need to be critical but not too much..
Because you are wasting your energy.
Use your energy with different thoughts.
You really start dancing when you no longer care about what people think about you

Movement

Mindset is not enough. You need to do the hard work.
When people realize this they give up
You need to study make those hours
Repetition Repetition Repeteion...
And again noting sexy... (or Instagram proof)

Musicality

Your job is to make music visual.

Misson

If you want to grow as a strong dancer, you need to know how high you want to kick your leg. If you only kick (thinking la la la)
You always will kick low.

Because we are all different.

We also take time for self-reflection, and journaling to explore what’s happening in our minds. bodies

Our practice leads to significant progress:

At Amelias's all grils who dance have their own unique style of dancing and at the same time they can put together a super strong perfomance.

Britt from Amelias

Getting ready for the first show was challenging. I had to work on stage presence, expressiveness, and even being sexy— things I wasn’t used to. One performer asked, "Do you feel feminine?" Honestly, I didn’t. It felt strange at first, but we focused on freeing ourselves while dancing, showing strength, and building stamina. Performing takes a lot of energy! Now, I’m more comfortable interacting with the audience, knowing there’s always room to grow. A favorite memory is performing in Marrakesh, where we enjoyed the salsa festival, explored, and had fun with the team. Despite a little backstage rain, the show went great!
